Pierre Prevost is an Independent Consultant with international expertise in
construction management, and safety & risk management.  He works directly
with contractors and insurance companies and their agents who wish to
reduce their risk exposures by: 1) developing and maintaining site specific
safety management procedures and plans, 2) conducting high-end safety
culture assessment surveys, 3) assisting in Workers’ Compensation claim
resolution, and 4) performing loss trend analysis. Pierre utilizes his diverse
construction management background to assist contractors in adopting best
practices, and provides insurance executives with a thorough analysis of
their underwritten risk.

Prior to his independent consultant status, Pierre worked with Zurich North
America Insurance and their closely affiliated consultants CM-Services, as a
Senior Construction Risk Engineer evaluating and auditing large
construction projects.

His Construction Management background, which spans 10 years, stems
from working with Engineering News Record’s “Top 20” General Contractors
and Owner’s Representatives on mega-projects such as Euro-Disney, the
Hong Kong Airport, Canary Wharf in England, and the Atlantis Resort in The
Bahamas.  He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Minor in
Management from McGill University.

Pierre is an active member of the Boston AGC chapter, the Eastern
Massachusetts OSHA Roundtable Alliance, and the ASSE.
