
Pierre Prevost is an Independent Consultant with international expertise in construction management, and safety & risk management. He works directly with contractors and insurance companies and their agents who wish to reduce their risk exposures by: 1) developing and maintaining site specific safety management procedures and plans, 2) conducting high-end safety culture assessment surveys, 3) assisting in Workers’ Compensation claim resolution, and 4) performing loss trend analysis. Pierre utilizes his diverse construction management background to assist contractors in adopting best practices, and provides insurance executives with a thorough analysis of their underwritten risk. Prior to his independent consultant status, Pierre worked with Zurich North America Insurance and their closely affiliated consultants CM-Services, as a Senior Construction Risk Engineer evaluating and auditing large construction projects. His Construction Management background, which spans 10 years, stems from working with Engineering News Record’s “Top 20” General Contractors and Owner’s Representatives on mega-projects such as Euro-Disney, the Hong Kong Airport, Canary Wharf in England, and the Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Minor in Management from McGill University. Pierre is an active member of the Boston AGC chapter, the Eastern Massachusetts OSHA Roundtable Alliance, and the ASSE. |
